Catering and other special requests can be arranged before your flight. Whether you desire a simple sandwich, chocolate-covered strawberries, a birthday banner, or some flowers, we will do our best to make it happen. No matter your occasion, we tailor your flight accordingly and take pride in ensuring that your experience is one of a kind.
What type of catering is on my private jet charter flight?
All planes come stocked with standard catering, including light snacks, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages. However, one benefit of flying private with Trilogy Aviation Group is that catering and special requests can be made for any occasion before your flight. The common catering is included in the price that was quoted for your charter. The possibilities are endless when it comes to additional items and requests you may have. There will, however, be an upcharge on some of these items. Further details can be discussed with your private jet charter executive.
The possibilities are endless when it comes to catering options. We can take care of any craving you may have. From steak and a bottle of wine to Mcdonald’s burger and a large soda, we will do our best to ensure your catering needs are taken care of.
How do I order catering for my private jet flight?
We can take care of this for you. We work with multiple vendors to ensure your needs are met. Deciding on a vendor depends on where your trip is taking place and the nature of your catering request. Vendors include local kitchens, affiliate network vendors, Uber Eats, etc. A few of these can handle alcohol requests as well. Any catering beyond common stock is billed to the client after the charter.
Will there be a flight attendant to serve us?
Not all planes will have a flight attendant, so meals larger meals may be more difficult to arrange on a shorter, smaller jet. The larger planes required to have a flight attendant will often prepare and arrange the passengers’ catering. If your aircraft doesn’t have a cabin crew, clients must serve food and beverages themselves.
What drinks are available on board my private jet charter flight?
There is no need to patiently wait for the beverage cart to make its rounds as you do on a commercial flight. Alcohol is served on most aircraft. Champagne and other drinks can be made available by request. If you are of legal drinking age, you can bring your own alcohol onboard. On larger planes, the cabin crew can happily store your beverages and serve you during your flight duration.
Is there room for a case of wine?
When it comes to a case of wine, the wine can be stored in the galley or the internal baggage area, depending on the aircraft’s size. On smaller aircraft, like a light jet, for example, if your baggage compartment is full of luggage, the case of wine will still need to be stored properly for departure and landing. It can sit on an empty seat or be stored elsewhere as long as it isn’t blocking the aisle. This is why it is important to make your charter sales executive aware beforehand.
What other types of special requests can be made?
No matter the occasion, if you have a special request when flying with Trilogy, let us know! We will do anything we can to make someone feel special, whether they are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, etc. We are here to make your experience unlike any other, which goes beyond catering preferences. From birthday banners to a dozen roses, we will be sure that whoever you are celebrating feels special.
Special requests for certain amenities on board should be discussed at the beginning of your conversation with your charter sales executive. This includes requests for WiFi, a flight attendant, or a bathroom as every jet varies in size. There is no question that we will find the perfect aircraft to meet all of your needs.
