The ARGUS Charter Broker Program contains two levels of recognition for charter brokers, ARGUS Registered and ARGUS Certified. The only difference between the two is that Certified brokers undergo an onside audit once every two years to prove their compliance. Other than that, certified and registered brokers submit the same documentation and annual pledge. Brokers are eligible to be considered for the ARGUS Certification after six months of being an ARGUS Registered Broker.
